Finally, the investment banker brings together individuals with money and companies looking for funding.” GTU.

What training is necessary to pursue a career in Finance?

According to Study, Finance professionals on average odtain Bachelor or Master degrees ensure career advancement opportunities. There does not seem to be a requirement of a degree at the entry level, but those jobs will not pay as much as if one held a degree in the field. Projected Growth: from 2014-2024 is said to be 30 percent.

What do Finance Professionals earn?

The median salary for the industry in 2015, was $89,160. The highest salaries recorded were of workers with Bachelor or Master degrees in the field.

Appian –Has an opening for a Financial Practice Leader. • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a significant role at a national or regional retail or commercial bank or an asset management company. Should have a complete understanding of the major business drivers in financial services and “hands on” experience driving new solutions in an area directly impacted by regulatory changes or significant process inefficiencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred
• Additional experience as a strategy or operations consultant into banks or asset management companies is strongly preferred
• Experience in software is helpful, but not required
